BABA Restaurant Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The BABA Restaurant Loyalty Program ("Program") is operated by BABA Catering Consultants Ltd ("BABA Restaurant"). Participation in the Program is open to individuals who dine at BABA Restaurant locations and meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

2. Earning Stamps: Customers can earn stamps by spending £12 or more in a single transaction at BABA Restaurant. Each transaction meeting this criterion will earn the customer one stamp. Stamps are only awarded for individual transactions and not cumulative spending over multiple visits. Monthly specials are excluded from stamp earning. Only for transactions directly at the restaurant or for takeaway, excluding delivery partners or third parties.

3. Redemption: Once a customer accumulates six stamps, they are eligible to redeem them for a free meal. The free meal options are limited to either one burger, chips, and a drink or three tacos, chips, and a drink. Any burger with more than two patties or extras will incur additional charges. Redemption is not valid for monthly specials and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

4. Restrictions:

  • The £12 spent to earn a stamp will be calculated based on the total spent per person during a meal.
  • The Program is not valid for events or group bookings.
  • BABA Restaurant reserves the right to refuse redemption on certain busy days or during special events.
  • Only one free meal redemption is allowed per table, reservation, or order at a time.

5. Program Changes and Termination: BABA Restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the BABA Restaurant website or other appropriate channels.

6. Data Collection and Privacy: By participating in the Program, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with BABA Restaurant's privacy policy.

7. General Terms:

  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.
  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • BABA Restaurant's decisions regarding the Program, including but not limited to eligibility, earning, and redemption, are final and binding.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
